The name comes from the rainforest which surrounds the facility. Each space — the hydrotherapy spa, the infrared sauna cabin, the cold plunge — was positioned to experience the dappled sunlight that filters through the trees and connects you to the stillness just outside. When rain falls through the forest, the facility takes on a quality of light and quiet that makes it one of the most calming places we know.
Extras such as a bottle of wine or a cheese board can be added to any booking during checkout — a simple way to make the visit feel like more of an occasion.

Rain Day Spa was founded by Nicolle with a single brief: build the small, unhurried spa experience that doesn't exist anywhere else in the city.
Every detail — from the session length to the booking system to the temperature of the plunge pool — was shaped by someone who has spent years thinking about what a genuinely unhurried spa experience should look and feel like.
Nicolle lives onsite with her two French bulldogs, who are something of a fixture on the grounds — and who have a habit of making guests feel immediately at home.
